The Extension collects and stores the following information locally on your device:
- Authentication Information
- Umami server credentials (username and password)
- Authentication tokens for your Umami server
- These credentials are stored securely using Chrome’s Storage API with encryption
- Credentials are used solely for connecting to your self-hosted Umami server
Data NOT Collected
The Extension does not collect:
- Personal identifiable information
- Health information
- Financial information
- Personal communications
- Location data
- Web browsing history
- User activity data
- Website content
Data Storage
- All credentials are stored locally on your device
- No data is shared with third parties
- The Extension communicates exclusively with your specified self-hosted Umami server
